PENDEKATAN PEMBELAJARAN TERPERSONALISASI DALAM KURIKULUM INOVATIF

Artikel ini mengkaji secara mendalam konsep dan penerapan pendekatan pembelajaran terpersonalisasi (personalized learning approach) dalam konteks kurikulum inovatif. Melalui kajian literatur sistematis terhadap sumber nasional dan internasional, tulisan ini menganalisis keterkaitan antara personalisasi pembelajaran, desain kurikulum adaptif, serta pengembangan profesional guru. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa personalisasi berperan krusial dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar, otonomi peserta didik, dan efektivitas kurikulum berbasis kompetensi. Implementasi yang berhasil memerlukan dukungan kebijakan pendidikan, integrasi teknologi digital, dan penguatan kapasitas profesional guru sebagai learning designer.References
