To achieve this goal, research was carried out at PT. PLN (Pesero) ULP Berastagi using the census as a sampling technique obtained a sample of 52 employees. The data used is primary and secondary data. By using multiple regression analysis as an analytical tool, the following results were obtained: Training has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, intrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Variations in training, intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are able to explain variations in employee performance by 73.8 percent. Data analysis was carried out using a multiple regression approach using SPSS Version 25 software. The results show that of the five dimensions of service quality, only two aspects, namely responsiveness and reliability, can increase satisfaction. Data collection methods involved questionnaires and interviews with the participation of 125 students, and data analysis techniques utilized factor analysis.The research findings reveal that the primary factors influencing the lack of entrepreneurial interest among students can be categorized into seven main groups. The first group includes the fear of starting, reluctance to face risks, fear of challenges, lack of self-reliance, lack of experience, and insufficient family support. The second group involves the fear of failure, parental disapproval, and dependence on parents. The third group comprises the inability to identify opportunities, lack of talent, the desire to become an employee, and the absence of capital. The fourth group includes a lack of business management skills, low self-confidence, and social stigma. The fifth group encompasses a lack of perseverance, innovation, creativity, and mentorship. The sixth group involves difficulties in sales, time management challenges, and a lack of collaboration. The research sample involves 96 respondents, and data collection utilizes questionnaires and interviews, with data analysis employing multiple linear regression techniques. The study results reveal that the variables of brand predictability (Pm), brand preference (Kpm), brand competence (Km), brand reputation (Rm), and company trust (Kp) positively influence purchasing decisions. Both the F-test and t-test indicate that each variable has a positive and significant impact, both partially and simultaneously, on purchasing decisions. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.688 suggests a strong relationship among brand predictability, brand preference, brand competence, brand reputation, and company trust with purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.444 indicates that 44.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by these variables, while 55.6% is influenced by other unexamined factors. It is advisable to consider expanding the research sample by involving more respondents from the same neighborhood or other neighborhoods in similar regions. Data was obtained from respondents with a population of 40 employees and using a saturated sampling technique, the sample size was also 40 employees. The analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression with the validity, reliability and classical assumptions first tested and then the F test and t test carried out. The research results show that HR development, facilities and incentives simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance, HR development, work facilities and incentives partially have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Utilizing a descriptive and quantitative approach, the study includes 36 respondents selected through census sampling. Data collection employed a questionnaire via a Google Form link, and the analysis method used is descriptive. Results reveal that the dimension of Research and Scientific Work signifies strong satisfaction (scale 4) among lecturers, with the highest score of 76.04% out of the 9 studied dimensions. Competency Development, Career/Position Development, Community Service (PkM), Library Services, Administrative Services, Additional Tasks, Welfare Needs, and Social/Religious Needs register satisfaction at scale 3 (Fair/Medium), ranging from 0.50% to 0.75%. Dissatisfaction levels are weak/low, below 0.50%. Recommendations include improving elements related to Research and Scientific Work, which are currently at scale 4. Using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology 2 (UTAUT2), the study validates a theoretical model through a survey of 250 Indonesian MSME owners. The results show a direct and significant influence between compatibility, social influence, and perceived ease of use on Facebook advertising behavior. However, no influence was found from cost, facilitating conditions, or perceived usefulness. The perceived financial resource availability factor has a significant moderating effect on the relationship between Facebook advertising and business kinerjance. The technique for determining the sample in this research used Simple Random Sampling with a sample size of 100 respondents using the Slovin approach. The data measurement scale in this study uses a Likert scale. In this study, we conducted a comprehensive analysis of 300 CHD patients in West Java to identify factors contributing to the prevalence of this condition. Our findings reveal that several factors exert a notable influence on CHD prevalence in this region. Primarily, accommodation costs have been identified as a major risk factor, with an increase in housing expenses correlating positively with a rise in CHD cases. This indicates that financial hardships, particularly related to housing, can have a profound impact on cardiovascular health in West Java. Additionally, income level plays a significant role, with individuals earning higher incomes tending to have an elevated risk of CHD. Age is also a crucial factor, with older individuals exhibiting a higher propensity for CHD. Smoking habits have emerged as a significant risk factor as well. These results underscore the need for targeted attention towards economic issues and lifestyle factors in CHD prevention efforts in West Java. The implications point towards the necessity for policies supporting access to affordable housing, more effective anti-smoking campaigns, and heightened public awareness about the risk factors associated with CHD. Alfo Citra Abadi Medan. The study involves 107 employees selected through simple random sampling from a total population of 147 in the production division. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed through various tests, including validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, Glejser, normality, multiple linear analysis, linear correlation coefficient, partial hypothesis (t-test), simultaneous hypothesis (F-test), and determination coefficient calculation. Descriptive analysis results indicate that visionary leadership, competence, and work stress at PT. Alfo Citra Abadi Medan are considered satisfactory. Partial analysis reveals positive and significant influences of visionary leadership and competence on employee productivity, while work stress negatively and significantly affects productivity. Analysis involves validity and reliability tests, descriptive analysis, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, multicollinearity test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, t-test for partial hypothesis, F-test for simultaneous hypothesis, and determination coefficient calculation. Results show that leadership style, working environment, and employee performance are very good, while compensation is good. Partial analysis indicates a positive and significant influence of leadership style, working environment, and compensation on employee performance. The study, involving 187 new students, employs questionnaires and interviews, with factor analysis used for data analysis. Key factors influencing decisions include accreditation status, image perception, parental influence, availability of student dormitories, fee absence, faculty members' education level, reputation, educator friendliness, and family recommendations. &nbsp;The study recommends adding variables for a comprehensive understanding of factors influencing students, providing insights for improving higher education management. With a sample size of 64 individuals, data was collected through questionnaires and interviews, then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that compensation, leadership, and the work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, with an f-value of 22.446 (F-table = 2.31). Partially, compensation (t-value = 3.986), leadership (t-value = 3.716), and the work environment (t-value = 2.035) also show significant effects (t-table = 1.661). A correlation coefficient (r) of 0.745 suggests a strong relationship, and a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.555 indicates that these variables can explain 55.5% of job satisfaction variability.Based on these findings, it is recommended to evaluate compensation policies, including reviewing salary levels and incentives, and implementing recognition programs to enhance employee motivation. Leadership training, supportive leadership styles, and mentoring can strengthen the supervisor-subordinate relationship. Evaluating workplace factors, such as improving lighting, temperature, and facilities, and promoting an inclusive work culture, is essential. Data were collected through questionnaires and documentation, and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research findings indicate that brand image (CM), brand trust (KM), and brand awareness (KesM) have a positive impact on brand loyalty for "The Botol Sosro". Brand trust holds a more significant influence compared to other variables. The t-test results show that CM = 2.236 with a significance of 0.028, KM = 2.675 with a significance of 0.009, and KesM = 2.110 with a significance of 0.038. With a 5% margin of error, Ho is rejected, and H1 is accepted, indicating that all three variables significantly and positively influence brand loyalty. The F-test reveals an F value of 25.407 with a significance of 0.000, confirming that collectively, brand image, brand trust, and brand awareness have a positive and significant impact on the loyalty of Botol Sosro tea. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.818 indicates a very strong relationship between brand loyalty and brand image, brand trust, and brand awareness. The coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.669 signifies that these three independent variables can explain 66.9% of the variation in brand loyalty, leaving 33.1% explained by other factors. To strengthen brand image, brand trust, and brand awareness, consistency in visual elements and brand messaging across all communication channels is crucial.
