This study explores the pivotal role of the pneumatological paradigm in shaping the priesthood within a synodal Church context, emphasizing its potential to cultivate a culture of encounter. Grounded in theological inquiry and pastoral reflection, the study investigates how a pneumatologically informed understanding of priesthood to facilitate transformative encounters marked by authenticity, dialogue, and communion. By delving into the dynamics of pneumatological interpretation and its implications to the church, the research sheds light on the profound ways in which the Holy Spirit animates and guides the Church towards greater unity and mission. Through its exploration of the hermeneutics of the pneumatological paradigm, this study seeks to contribute to ongoing conversations within ecclesiology, offering insights into how pneumatic priesthood can effectively engage in the synodal journey towards a more vibrant and inclusive Church community.References
