Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the influence of career development, job satisfaction, and employee commitment on employee performance at PT Telkom Medan. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 80 employees through a stratified random sampling technique and analyzed with multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results indicate that career development and job satisfaction both have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while employee commitment also shows a positive influence, although its statistical effect is relatively weaker. The F-test confirms that the three variables jointly have a significant impact on employee performance, and the coefficient of determination shows that 83.2 percent of the variation in performance can be explained by these factors, while the remaining 16.8 percent is attributed to other influences such as work discipline, workload, and job stress. This demonstrates that career development, job satisfaction, and employee commitment play a dominant role in shaping employee performance at PT Telkom Medan.
