This research aims to analyze the influence of income, education and work experience on the performance of employees of palm oil companies located in Pengkolan Hamlet. Using multiple regression analysis, this research found that income, education and work experience have a significant influence on employee performance. The results of this study show that employees with higher incomes, higher education and longer work experience have better performance. This research provides valuable insights for human resource management in Companies to increase the importance of investing in employee development and providing competitive compensation to increase performance and productivity through effective human resource development strategiesReferences
