This research aims to design and develop a comprehensive parent portal at Santo Thomas Catholic University, which provides profile views, attendance, assignments, and payment features. This portal is designed to meet academic information needs with an integrated approach, facilitating academic coaches and students in monitoring and improving the quality of academic coaching. The profile display provides an overview of the student's personal and academic information, meanwhile the attendance system makes it easier for parents to see the student's attendance history in academic activities, as well as the history of assignments that have been given and plan the next steps in academic development, while the payment feature is effective. With the implementation of this parent portal, it is hoped that it can increase the efficiency and effectiveness of student academic development and support the holistic development of higher education.References
